Oh Taeseog, the newly appointed Administrator of the Korea AeroSpace Administration(KASA), delivers his inaugural address during the inauguration ceremony held at the KASA headquarters auditorium in Sacheon on February 4. Before the ceremony, he paid his respects at the Sacheon ChungHon Memorial Tower.
